Meet Sarah, a skilled artist who works (amongst other things) with the Blackpool Illuminations team, as a “sandgrown” I have spent my entire life admiring the Illuminations, as a small child remembering exciting tram rides and open top bus tours and as an adult (working on the golden mile myself) I realise just how much the illuminations mean to Blackpool’s economy).
