Doctor Who and the National Television Awards

The final round of voting for the National Television Awards is now open and you have less than 20 days left to vote for the people and programmes you’d like to see win!

Doctor Who is well represented in this year’s NTAs. Matt Smith is up for Best Drama Performance: Male for his role as the Doctor and Karen Gillan is nominated in the Best Drama Performance: Female category for her portrayal of Amy Pond. Doctor Who is also nominated for Best Drama.

Voting closes at noon on Wednesday, 25th January, 2012 and the awards ceremony will be held at London’s 02 arena that evening, with the entire event screened live on ITV1 from 7.30pm.
